For me, movement is the basis of existence, a way to regain balance, express emotions, and build relationships with ourselves and the world. My dance homeland is percussive dance, which I immerse in the style of improvisation and authentic movement.  With my dance activities I aim to return people's confidence in their own bodies, reignite body-positivity and encourage the decluttering of the connection between mind, body and spirit.
With my projects I am wandering between Germany and Poland.

Key interests:
Laban Movement Analysis, Bartenieff fundamentals, Body-Mind Centering®, Gaga, dance movement therapy, Anna Halprin, ACT, percussive dance and musicality, minimalism
